It got here earlier than the projected date. The product is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The cleaning cloth is nice and soft, microfiber cloth, nice color, and the package came with an extra cloth pad, which was a nice surprise! The tool is easy to extend and the extension handle is metal, not plastic, which I liked a lot! Used it to clean the cars and it did a good job and didn't leave any streaks. Very satisfied!
